*Scene.org Awards nominations are out!01 Mar 2007
March has arrived and the voting is now closed. This means also that it's time to announce the 5th Annual Scene.org Awards nominations! In addition to familiar denominations we're introducing a "best animation" category, where five non-realtime scene releases (animation or wild demo) are nominated. In other words, altogether 39 demos, intros and animations are competing this year in 12 different award categories! So what are you waiting? Check out the nominations here.

*German Scene.org mirror is back08 Feb 2007
Some people might've noticed there was recently downtime on our mirror in Germany. This was caused by a server relocation, which is now completed. de.scene.org is also a complete mirror of the full Scene.org archive.

As we sometimes forget, I'd like to say a big thank you to all the server administrators and mirror maintainers out there! It might be a less visible part of our services, but without you there wouldn't be an archive online at all.
