Scene.org is looking for new staff members SCENE.ORG IS LOOKING FOR NEW STAFF MEMBERS
Scene.org is and has been always run by voluntarily individuals,
people deeply interested in the demoscene and with a will to
spread the scene releases all around the world. All of our
services are run by a non-profit organization, all of us
staff members have always other duties in our lives. Thus it can
happen often that we can't keep up with the increasing demand
from the community to keep the level of the service at a sufficient
level - the current active staff is simply too small to maintain
everything on our own.
Therefore, we're looking for new Scene.org staff members to fill
the gaps in our team and spread the overall workload. So if you're
a scener, interested in helping out and have free time to spend
on projects like this, see if any of the following crew descriptions
match your interests:
1-2 FTP STAFF MEMBERS

A WEB PROGRAMMER
* This position has been already filled.
A PUBLIC RELATIONS MASTERMIND

A LEGAL ADVISOR

SCENE.ORG AWARDS / EVENT DIRECTOR

SCENE.ORG AWARDS / WEB & GRAPHICS DESIGNER
Do you think you'd design a even better website for the 'Awards?
Do you know how to make good looking event background images or
ouput classy diplomas? To sum it up, you would be the one being
responsible of the whole look and feel of how the Scene.org Awards
is both in internet and during the actual prize giving show on
big screen.
SCENE.ORG AWARDS / TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
* This position has been already filled.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
We're especially looking for individuals who can be both team players but
can also work on their own. On the benefits side there's not too much to
offer - as it's all voluntary work, nobody gets paid. However as a staff
member you'll get automatically a Scene.org email account and homepage
space, as well as a shell account. A known track record in the demoscene
is an advantage when we're selecting the staff members, so please tell
a bit about what demos, music, graphics etc. you've done, or what
parties you've visited. Also tell us why you would be the one we
should choose into the staff! :)
Send you applications by email to ...@scene.org">staff. Keep up demoing!
