Caffeine for Series 60
This is a port of a java demo from 2001, later ported to C++ and
in 2006 made scalable to different resolutions and ported to
Series 60.
Potentially updated versions will be available at
http://www.martin.st/software/.
The .sis file is for Series 60 1st and 2nd editions (although some
1st edition devices might not have enough memory), and the .sisx file
is for Series 60 3rd edition devices.
