System requirements:
Pentium 400 MHz
DirectX 9.0 or newer
3D accelerator
LAN or Internet connection (for two-player game)
Start-up:
Unzip to a folder of your choice and run NETPUCK.EXE.
There is also the lo-res version NP640x480.EXE.
One person HOSTS the game by selecting a port (default 6116) and pressing START.
Another one JOINS by selecting the corresponding port and the IP ADDRESS of the HOST.
Keys:
Q, W Move goalkeeper
1-6 Select player
Mouse Move and rotate player
F10 Return to main menu
ESC Quit
The purpose of the game is simple. Score more than your opponent.
The first one to get 10 goals wins.
Troubleshooting:
Q: Can't join/host a game.
A: Check your firewall or try a different port.
Q: The puck doesn't move.
A: This means that your opponent hasn't joined the game yet.
